Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Operations & Administration:
    o Handle day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks efficiently.
    o Assist in office paperwork, filing, and documentation management.
    o Provide general support to other staff members as needed.
  • Client & Visitor Coordination:
    o Communicate effectively with clients and visitors while maintaining a professional demeanor.
    o Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments when required.
  • Banking & Financial Tasks:
    o Visit banks for deposits, withdrawals, document submissions, and other financial tasks.
    o Ensure timely processing of financial transactions and maintain proper records.
  • Ward Office & Government Liaison Work:
    o Manage ward office-related tasks, including documentation, approvals, and inquiries.
    o Coordinate with government offices for necessary permits, documentation, and compliance matters.
  • Vendor & Supplier Coordination:
    o Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office-related needs.
    o Ensure timely procurement of office supplies and materials.
  • Office Errands & Outdoor Work:
    o Handle day-to-day office errands, including deliveries, pickups, and paperwork submissions.
    o Ensure timely completion of all assigned outdoor tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or operational role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of banking and government office procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and handle outdoor tasks efficiently.

Salary: 20-25k + Icentive, Location: Chamati, Kathmandu, Working Hours: 10:AM -6:30PM
