About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibility:
- Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
o Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
o Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
o Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to maximize ROI. - SEO & Website Management:
o Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO).
o Collaborate with web developers and content creators to enhance website performance.
o Conduct keyword research and track website analytics to improve traffic and ranking. - Social Media Management:
o Plan and manage social media content, engagement, and advertising.
o Create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting for social platforms.
o Monitor social media trends and interactions to enhance brand presence. - Content Marketing & Email Campaigns:
o Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blogs, newsletters, and
video content.
o Manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
o Create targeted email sequences for customer acquisition and retention. - Analytics & Reporting:
o Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other reporting tools to track and measure campaign effectiveness.
o Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies.
o Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead in the digital space.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media management.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and website analytics.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns.
