Job Overview:
Lalpurja Nepal is seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience(freshers can also apply) in the real estate industry, with strong area knowledge and expertise in sales, negotiation, and client handling. This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and market real estate properties for sale and rent.
● Assist clients in property search and provide expert advice on real estate investments.
● Build and maintain relationships with clients, property owners, and investors.
● Negotiate deals effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
● Conduct property site visits and give presentations.
● Stay updated with market trends and property laws.

Requirements:
✔ 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales.
✔ Good knowledge of local areas and property market trends.
✔ Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
