Reports To: Business Unit Head

Role Purpose

To support the expansion of theeGO SriBiT’s EV leasing model in Nepalgunj by generating leads, onboarding customers, promoting EV lease options, and meeting regional leasing targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers for EV leasing (individual, SME, corporate).
  • Conduct field visits, lead generation, and customer follow‑up.
  • Explain leasing model, EMI structure, down payment, and vehicle benefits.
  • Assist customers in documentation and lease agreement processing.
  • Coordinate with operations for vehicle handover and delivery.
  • Maintain customer database and provide weekly sales reports.
  • Support after‑sales follow‑ups and customer satisfaction tracking.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of sales/field sales experience preferred.
  • Good communication and relationship‑building skills.

  • Familiarity with EVs or leasing concepts is an advantage.
  • Willingness to conduct extensive field visits.
