Sr. Graphics Designer

Job Description

Location: Chapali,Budhanilkantha

Reporting to: CEO/GM

Salary : 40-45k

Study Design Briefs & Requirements:

●Understand the project requirements by studying design briefs and determining the scope of the work.

●Schedule projects and define budget constraints accordingly.

Conceptualize & Create Visuals:

●Develop creative concepts and turn ideas into engaging designs based on client and project requirements.

●Prepare rough drafts and share ideas with team members for feedback.

Design & Develop Illustrations, Logos, and Graphics:

●Use a mix of hand-drawn and digital techniques to create unique illustrations, logos, and other design elements.

●Use appropriate colors, typography, and layouts to enhance the visual appeal of each graphic.

Collaboration & Presentation:

●Collaborate with copywriters, the creative director, and other stakeholders to produce a final, polished design.

●Present ideas, drafts, and final concepts to the team and/or clients for approval.

Revise & Test Designs:

●Amend designs based on feedback, ensuring all revisions meet brand guidelinesand project goals.

●Test designs across various media formats to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Finalization & Delivery:

●Ensure all final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and ready for distribution or publication.

●Design and create labels and develop comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistent branding.
