Reports To: Business Unit Head
Role Purpose
To lead leasing model sales in Birgunj by driving market expansion, building customer pipelines, managing regional performance, and ensuring achievement of leasing targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and plan sales activities for EV leasing in the Birgunj region.
- Identify large-volume prospects—industries, SMEs, logistics operators, etc.
- Oversee customer onboarding, verification, and lease agreement processes.
- Manage and support Jr. Sales Officers in the region.
- Conduct regional campaigns, awareness programs, and leasing promotions.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports.
- Maintain strong customer relations for renewals and referrals.
- Ensure regional leasing targets and KPIs are achieved.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of sales, finance, leasing, or automotive experience.
- Strong negotiation, client management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze market potential and execute regional sales strategies.
- Familiarity with EV technology and leasing models preferred.
