The Store Manager is responsible for overall store performance, sales growth, inventory control, staff management, and ensuring Reet standards are always maintained. The role requires strong leadership, integrity, and the ability to operate the store independently.

Reports To: Founder / Head Office

Work Location: Baneshower demands travel outside valley sometimes

Salary Range: 25k-30k

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations

• Manage daily opening and closing of the outlet

• Ensure store cleanliness, product display, hygiene, and brand standards

• Follow all company SOPs, pricing, and promotional guidelines

2. Sales & Customer Service

• Achieve monthly sales target

• Ensure excellent customer service and professional product consultation

• Handle customer complaints, returns, and escalations

• Monitor billing accuracy and POS usage

3. Inventory Management

• Take full responsibility for store inventory

• Ensure proper receiving, storage, and display of stock

• Conduct regular stock counts (daily/weekly/monthly)

• Report discrepancies, damages, or losses immediately

• Prevent pilferage and unauthorized stock movement

4. Cash & Reporting

• Handle daily cash, online payments, and reconciliation

• Submit daily sales, stock, and expense reports to head office

• Maintain transparency and timely communication

5. Staff Management

• Supervise, train, and guide store staff

• Ensure staff discipline, punctuality, grooming, and performance

• Prepare duty rosters and manage leave schedules

6. Compliance & Accountability

• Follow company policies, confidentiality, and ethical standards• Be accountable for losses due to negligence or mismanagement

• Protect company assets and brand reputation

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of retail experience (cosmetics/beauty preferred)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Basic computer and POS knowledge

• Honest, responsible, and target oriented

Working Conditions

• Full-time, on-site role

• Working hours as per outlet schedule 8 hours worktime

• Required to work on weekends and peak business days
